What the bot is

@TacoBot is an AI-powered helper. It answers from our Help Center, can post announcements, and can route you to a human support ticket when it is unsure.

What the bot is NOT

  • Not a real-time emergency channel — for account compromise or billing emergencies, use support.tacochess.com directly
  • Not a chess engine — for analysis, use the in-app Game Review or the Analysis page on tacochess.com
  • Not always right — AI-drafted answers may be inaccurate. Verify anything that affects your account or money

Things not to do

  • Do not paste passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, or session tokens to the bot
  • Do not share other users' DMs with the bot
  • Do not try to use the bot to circumvent rate limits or moderation

What we do if the bot gets it wrong

If you spot a wrong answer, react with the wrong-answer emoji or DM /feedback <text> — the operator gets a digest. We update the source Help Center article and the bot picks up the change within 24 hours.
